Dr. Diana Loubeau is an accomplished educational leader, consultant, and speaker with more than 27 years of experience transforming schools, developing leaders, and driving measurable academic growth. As the Director of Academics for Doctors Charter School in Miami Shores, Florida, she has led strategic, data driven initiatives that have elevated student outcomes, strengthened instructional practices, and sustained high performing school cultures. Her leadership has played a pivotal role in transforming underperforming schools into A rated institutions while increasing enrollment, staff retention, and community trust.

Beyond titles and accolades, Dr. Loubeau’s leadership philosophy was forged through lived experience. She is a single mother who navigated the demands of senior educational leadership while raising a medically fragile premature child who spent more than seven months hospitalized after birth. That journey shaped her unwavering belief that leadership must be rooted in humanity, resilience, and purpose, not just performance metrics. It sharpened her ability to lead with empathy, clarity, and accountability, even in the most complex and high-pressure environments.
